Yiu Lian Dockyards Limited and China Merchants Group Charitable Foundation jointly organized the Hong Kong Youth Maritime Cultural Tour Activity. About 130 people attended the opening ceremony, including representatives from China Merchants Group Charitable Foundation, China Merchants Industry Group, Wuhan University of Technology, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and Hong Kong's shipping and education sectors. This activity leads Hong Kong secondary school students to Jiangsu and Wuhan to participate in summer camp activities and assists students in applying for mainland Chinese universities.

On the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Yiu Lian held a cultural exchange event for young employees from Hong Kong. This activity leads 16 young employees to visit and study in Nanjing, Yangzhou, Haimen bases, Shanghai, etc. Feel the excellent traditional culture of the motherland and inherit the Yiu Lian’s genes.
